Focusly enables real-time video collaboration sessions. We do not record sessions without explicit consent from all participants. Session metadata (participants, duration, goals) may be stored to provide session history and improve the Service. Video streams are processed through Daily.co infrastructure and are subject to their privacy practices as well.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, video infrastructure), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Focusly, our users, or others.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
