By accessing or using Focusly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
You may use Focusly for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Focusly offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Focusly and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including session goals, tasks, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Focusly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Focusly enables real-time video collaboration sessions. You are solely responsible for your conduct during these sessions. Sessions may be subject to participant limits based on your subscription plan. We do not record sessions without explicit consent from all participants.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Focusly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
